Background
The project aimed to improve the efficiency and usability of TJX’s store allocation management applications by redesigning the user interface to better support internal teams in making informed merchandising decisions. As part of this initiative, the design process focused on creating intuitive workflows and interfaces that streamlined complex allocation tasks, ultimately enhancing productivity and accuracy for end users.
Problems to solve
